CISF Salary Structure
The CISF salary structure varies for different positions and each position is paid according to the classification called “level”. The level of each post will be as per the following table.

CISF Allowances 2021
As per the 7th pay revision, other allowances are also given along with the basic pay scale of the recruited employee. Other allowances paid to a CISF employee are as follows.
Hostel Subsidy: Hostels are arranged for the CISF staff to stay. If the employee wishes, he can stay in the hostel.
Ration Money: The CISF employee is also given an amount each month for the ration, and that amount is given according to the staff pay grade.
Transport Allowance: CISF personnel are required to travel all over India on an emergency call, such travel charges will be paid by the department.
Special Duty Allowance: Working in difficult times like elections or agitation will be paid extra.
House Rent Allowance
This is a general allowance that a government employee gets based on his basic salary.
- 24% of basic salary for @ X class cities
- 16% on a basic salary for @Y category cities
- 8% on basic pay for @ Z category cities
HRA will be revised to 27%, 18%, and 9% of basic pay in X, Y & Z cities. When Dearness Allowance (DA) exceeds 25% and further 30%, 20% and 10% of basic salary is in X, Y & Z cities when DA exceeds 50%.
Dearness Allowance: It is a separate amount which increases as per the applicable rules of the Government of India, acting as an additional amount irrespective of the basic salary.
CISF Personal Pay Allowance: Here is a shortlist of CISF Payslip Allowance, which will be added for each person’s contribution to the Central Industrial Security Force under the Government of India. This amount of loan will vary by designation and tenure in service.
Hardship/ Risk Allowance: The additional allowance will be given for movement and work in highly restricted areas as per the applicable conditions.
Dress Allowance: Uniforms that a CISF personnel will be added under allowances for getting stuck on their look and performance.
Non-Practicing allowance for Medical Officers: Medical facilities with benefits will be provided with full allowance credit.
Children’s Education Allowance: If children are studying their education expenses then CISF will be taken by the department.
